FundPilot Terms of Use
These preliminary terms describe the intended role and limitations of FundPilot while the product is under development.
1. Decision-support software
FundPilot supports users in analysing trading decisions, risks and funded-provider requirements. It is not a broker, funded provider, investment adviser or guarantee of trading performance.
2. No investment advice
Information, scores, warnings and explanations are educational and decision-support outputs. Users remain responsible for deciding whether to trade and for all resulting gains, losses, fees and rule breaches.
3. Trading risk
Trading leveraged products can result in rapid and substantial losses. Historical results, simulations and probability estimates do not guarantee future performance.
4. Connected accounts
Users must only connect accounts they are authorised to use. Access to a connected service is additionally governed by that service’s own terms and permissions.
5. Execution controls
Where trading functionality becomes available, order execution must be explicitly enabled and authorised by the user. Safeguards can reduce—but cannot eliminate—execution, market, connectivity or configuration risks.
6. Funded-provider rules
FundPilot may help interpret and monitor provider rules, including prohibited strategies. Rules can change and the provider remains the final authority. Users should verify material rules directly with their provider.
7. Availability and development
FundPilot is currently under development. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed without notice. Test and demo environments should not be treated as production systems.
8. Contact
Use the Pavo Consultancy contact page.
