FundPilot Privacy Notice
This notice describes the intended handling of data by FundPilot during product development and future use.
1. Controller
FundPilot is a product under development by Pavo Consultancy. Questions about privacy can be submitted through the Pavo Consultancy contact page.
2. Data accessed through connected services
After explicit user authorisation, FundPilot may access information made available by connected services such as cTrader. Depending on the selected permissions, this can include account identifiers, balances, positions, orders, deal history and market-related account information.
3. Purpose
Connected data is intended to be used for account display, risk analysis, challenge-rule monitoring, decision support, performance analysis, audit logging and—only when separately enabled—order submission or management.
4. User control
FundPilot only accesses connected-account information after the user completes the provider’s authorisation process. Users can revoke access through the connected service.
5. Order execution
FundPilot does not enable autonomous trading by default. Trading access and order execution require explicit authorisation and configuration by the user. Development and test environments may keep execution disabled entirely.
6. Sharing
FundPilot does not sell connected-account data. Information is not shared with unrelated third parties except where necessary for an explicitly requested service, security, legal compliance or approved infrastructure.
7. Security and retention
FundPilot is designed around data minimisation, access controls, secure credential handling and auditability. Retention is limited to what is necessary for the relevant feature, legal requirement or user request.
8. Development status
FundPilot is under active development. This notice will be updated before broader production availability and whenever material processing activities change.
9. Contact
Use the Pavo Consultancy contact page.
